"My Power Box" contains 30 affirmation cards and 4 mindfulness cards. The messages on the cards are simple, short, and powerful, which is why the name is "My Power Box". Affirmative messages found in the box, such as "I can become anything I want", "I am brave", "I am unique", "I can achieve my big dreams", "I am proud of myself", encourage self-belief. The additional 4 mindfulness cards include short exercises for situations when the child feels scared, sad, upset, or is unable to sleep.
