Martina worked for our companies Kamini Hoyan and Svijet kamina from 2005 to 2014. Already at the first interview, she radiated a positive business energy and passion for work that I have only seen in a few job candidates in my career. The first work tasks entrusted to her were related to the preparation of conceptual and technical documentation related to the design and engineering of our products, fireplaces, barbecues and bread ovens. Since the results of her work and demonstrated abilities greatly exceeded the tasks entrusted to her, Martina quickly progressed and took on increasingly demanding and responsible business responsibilities. Her ability to view business problems from different angles and find solutions for them has always been of great help to me in making business decisions. I cannot fail to mention that taking on more responsible and demanding business tasks was sometimes initiated by her, which only confirms Martina's business passion, responsibility and priorities in her work. After opening her own business, she completely took over the creation of all marketing materials for our companies.

The company Hoyan has marked my life in so many ways that it would be difficult to summarize it in a few sentences. I will just mention that I met my husband there. :) After my employment there ended, I continued to work for them as an external collaborator and here I have highlighted just a few of the hundred projects. This year in November it will be 20 years of cooperation, so it seems that I will be connected with the fireplaces forever. :) I really need place and chimney at home to put just one.
