It was a long, long time ago, in 2015. When this Swiss company opened a contest named Facelift for online-Shop, which optimizes banners, buttons, icons, and other graphics, they invited me to the contest, and I tried with my proposals. Later, I discovered they needed more than just editing existing elements, so I had to change the layout completely. So, it was a big challenge for me because of my lack of experience with web design, but I did my best and won! The surprise comes one year later. Marc, the company owner, called me and asked if I wanted to go to Switzerland to talk about long-term cooperation. I can't describe my confusion then, but I said I will come. So, I met Steffi and Marc face to face, and that was the beginning of an almost one-decade-long relationship with a lot of caring, tolerance and immense respect for everyone. They are the only client from 99designs I have met live. We did hundreds of projects together.
